The Fatales - Pretty In Pixels

What is there to say about The Fatales that hasn’t been said already? Probably not all that much, but that is alright. The Cosmonaut reminds me of Calla, Ministry Of Defense evokes a lot of Interpol, and You’re Not The Lunar Type has some of the dreaminess that is commonly associated with Radiohead. This could be construed to mean that The Fatales are not the most original band in the world, but most bands wouldn’t be able to pull off songs inspired by those bands as well as these chaps do.

You mean the “floating over a crimson cloud of uncertainty as Thom Yorke’s voice serenades me to a place I’ve always known, but never returned” kinda dreaminess?

hahah… sorry mr. pitchfork!!! More of the “downtempo, slightly haunting, and epic” dreaminess.
